Yes! During your in-person consultation you will meet the Respite Care Assistant assigned to your child. If you feel they are not a good fit, kindly notify us and we will pair them with a better fit.
Absolutely! No kiddo left behind.
We have a variety Respite Care Assistants (RCAs) with different backgrounds since we service individuals with various needs. We determine which one is a great fit for your loved one based on their background, location, experience, and your needs. For example, we wouldn’t allow a Respite Care Assistant that has an ABA background with younger kiddos to be paired with an older kiddo that has aggressive behaviors. Everything is done on an individualized basis so we can ensure your child is receiving the best care possible. All RCAs are thoroughly background checked and tested on info regarding their clients before proceeding with sessions independently.
