Our Story

Our company was established in August 2023, driven by the vision of our founder, a college graduate and former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over a decade of experience in the field. Frustrated by the inadequacies within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that often left critical needs unaddressed, she recognized an urgent need for a more inclusive approach to support individuals across all ages and capabilities. Families need support that extends beyond the typical 9-to-5 Monday through Friday schedules, and children deserve more than what restrictions insurance dictates.

We believe every child, regardless of age or aggression levels, deserves access to compassionate care. Our approach is inclusive; we don’t require clients to have a disability because we understand that everyone can benefit from additional support. Unfortunately, political factors frequently influence the extent of care insurance provides to those with special needs. The political landscape often constrains the amount of care available, which is why we primarily operate on a private pay model. This allows us the flexibility to provide your loved one with the consistent and stable care they truly deserve.

Our services are diligently designed to foster independence, happiness, learning, and companionship. At our Success Center, we host our early education learning program and offer respite sessions. In-home/community services consist of:

• Transportation
• Goal Oriented Respite
• Tutoring
• General Respite

We take immense pride in delivering high-quality personalized services.
